As an individual seeking Good work, accomplished. Competent mechanics and quality work. As a company driver w a fleet mgr as old friends. NOPE! They'll do as the company asks. Old boys Network. Tow the company line. "Can't duplicate the issue " is a norm Shame on you for not following drivers detailed complaints and instructions or having the "feel" of a vehicle.. Inside tire cupping an wear, Front end vibration vs "everything is tight" doesn't mean there's " everything is normal " alignment never checked. Really? Run it until it breaks Is not the right approach

Another dissatisfied customer.Long story short.2001 Toyota Tacoma, 66,000 original miles one owner, my Father Who passed two years ago and left the truck to my Mother.This truck was pretty much a coffee runner for it's 24 year life,never used for heavy hauling. The driver side leaf spring broke at the rear eyelet so it only dropped that side about 1 inch, the leaf was still up against the shackel.Had new left and right leaf springs, u bolts,nuts and washers installed. Now the truck's driver's side drops down about a half of an inch mabey more which is noticeable. (It wasn't like that before the spring broke) there is a 1 inch difference in the opening on the back of the springs. Driver's side from bottom #1 leaf up to 2nd leaf measures 1 1/8 passenger side measures 2 1/8..Somethings wrong. I think the left spring is defective or was damaged during shipping. They all agreed the truck was leaning and the springs appeared to be different. $1,430.00 later nothing was done about it, pretty much left it at that's just the way it is. Thanks a lot Mercer spring. Hope the tires don't wear uneven and it's safe to drive . Should have just done it myself. Needless to say I won't be goi

Charged me $670 . Did nothing. Drop my truck for two days to inspect the king pins they said king pins are good we did just alignment it was out . They were unable to make my steering wheel straight. I put the new steer tires and they ripped again . I went to another shop and they found kingpins are bad they installed the new king pins and everything is ok now. Don't go mercer spring. Not professional mechanics

Came to do a wheel alignment, was met unfriendly. Did a disgusting job. The steering wheel is uneven, the car pulls to the right. Deceived with the price. Lying and unprofessional people work there. I do not advise anyone to give their truck here for repairs

Weren't extremely friendly here. Took my truck there for an alignment. They seemed pretty pissed that I wanted to wait for the repair to get done. I decided to go home to give them time. The next day I, not them called to follow-up because I could see in my camera that my truck was back outside. They tell me the truck doesn't need an alignment. They can't see where the issue is. Anyway.. okay, they tell me they could check the back axle but the feeling I got was we checked, it all looks good and you can come pick it up. I get there later that day and was charged $323 for them to check to tell me nothing was wrong. To top it off.. and this is just being petty. My truck was all the way around the back. Tells me my keys are in the truck only for me to get there and they are in the shop and he just "overlooked" them. Thanks for the diagnosis but I won't be back.
